ทีมงานหัวหินได้ฝากมาปลุกใจลูกพระธัมฯทุกคนว่า “การสอบ World-PEC…นี้ ใครรู้ก็มีแต่คนชื่นชมยินดี อยากจะร่วมสอบด้วย และยินดีจะช่วยสนับสนุนกันเต็มที่ แต่ติดตรงที่ว่าเขาไม่รู้ เพราะไม่มีใครไปบอก เพราะฉะนั้นขอแค่เราไปทำหน้าที่ ไปชวนเขา แล้วเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้ก็จะสำเร็จเป็นอัศจรรย์อย่างแน่นอน ลูกพระธัมฯหัวหินขอเป็นกำลังใจให้ทุกๆศูนย์สอบ”

การสอบ World-PEC…ครั้งนี้ นอกจากจะมีข้าราชการชั้นผู้ใหญ่ คณะครูอาจารย์ นักเรียน และชาวระยองมาร่วมสอบกันเป็นจำนวนมากแล้ว ชาวระยองที่กำลังจะเป็นคนดี อย่างนักโทษที่เรือนจำกลางระยอง ก็ยังได้เข้าร่วมสอบ World-PEC…ครั้งนี้ด้วยถึง 60ทีม โดยมี นายพยอม สิงหรา ณ อยุธยา ผู้บัญชาการเรือนจำกลาง นำทีมในการสมัครสอบและเป็นผู้สนับสนุน อีกทั้งยังเป็นประธานในการเปิดศูนย์สอบด้วย
